  • If you experience ANY quality issues, we will gladly exchange the goods or provide a refund. *
  • Take the guess work out of on-line shopping: If you ordered without seeing or touching the product and are not satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly return or exchange it for you with no questions asked.**
  • For all other issues, please contact your regional representative directly.

* We do require that all return or exchange requests be handled 10 day of the receipt of goods.

** Refund applies to first time online orders only. All Other orders may qualify for an exchange only.
